1. How we deliver your order

Your order is packed in boxes and delivered using our trusted network of delivery partners. If you are in the mainland UK, then your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days from placing your order. Delivery times vary in other areas.

Currently, we are offering free delivery to orders over £40.00 (excluding delivery costs). You will receive an SMS or email with delivery notification and tracking details.

3. Delivery Notification

Email or SMS notification and tracking details are available if contact details are available. Please review your contact details and ensure they are up to date so we can get any useful information to you.

4. On the day of the delivery

The delivery driver will bring the parcel to your main entrance but will not enter the property.

The safety and well-being of our customers and colleagues is always our number one priority - and never more so than now, during the Coronavirus outbreak. Our delivery drivers are not permitted to enter houses or hand over boxes on your doorstep. 

We are not accepting or collecting any returned boxes unless this is booked through our customer services.

 

5. Deliveries of multiple items

The order will be packed in boxes and you are advised to use caution when lifting these. Though we will be taking care in packing the boxes, you are advised to use caution when lifting these as box may be heavy.

If more than one box is required to pack your order, then these will be delivered packed in separate boxes.

 

6. Delivery exceptions and restrictions

Our website is intended for use and sale of products within United Kingdom.


7. Returns

In the unlikely event you need to return an item, please contact our customer care team by phone or email and they will advise the best possible method of collection. For more information about delivery and returns please read our terms and conditions. We are not accepting or collecting any returned boxes unless this is booked through our customer services.
